What is the minimum download speed required?

15 Mbps is the recommended download speed for the best results.

Keep in mind that if the internet speed you pay for is 25 mbps and you have 15 devices connected, speeds to all devices will be slower.

Will this work anywhere in the world?

Our service can work anywhere in the world with an active internet connection. We are not responsible for countries that have content restrictions.

How can I renew my subscription?

Your subscription is set to auto-renew once you order.

How can i add more devices to my plan?

Note: channel lineup is subject to change at any time. We do our best to provide the best streams possible. FJD Tech sells Live TV from the US, UK and Canda. If you want us to enable other countries, please just let us know. We DO NOT sell adult channels.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply cancel your autopay with PayPal and send us an email with your request to cancel.

How do I download the Watch It Now APK after purchase?

Once you subscribe, you will be sent an email with a direct download link to the APK. The email will also contain your username and password. PLEASE allow up to 12 hours for delivery. We create each account manually. We sleep. If you order after 9 pm you will get your info by 8 am on weekdays, 10 am on Saturday, Noon on Sunday.

How can I move my service to a new device?

Each subscription allows you to download the app to an unlimited number of devices with 2 simultaneous connections.

Can I use a VPN?

Yes you can use a VPN but it is not necessary to use MyWIFI TV.

What to do if I experience buffering?

Buffering with IPTV is a way of life. If anyone guarantees otherwise, they are lying to you! Having said that, you realistically expect 80-90% uptime at all times. Direct TV is an 80% uptime affair at best, so if we can exceed that for 5-10% then we look forward to doing that.
